    Fran, I had a struggle for 6 months.  Have you ever skipped a couple or few days.  Many have said it can accumulate in our bodies and hence the side effects…joint pains, etc.

    I had an appetite loss in the beginning, but that passed. 

    I'm now on .5mg once a week   after being totally off for 2 months or so. 

    Perhaps some just can't tolerate LDN.    jam
