    Susan,

    Thank you so much for the three links.   I always value your counsel, and look forward to learning from them.  

    Fortunately or unfortunately, my son had total knee replacement last week. And my spouse and I are very involved in his several weeks care.  There is so much I would like for him to have tried and done over the past number of years to try to avoid this surgery as young as he is.  Like the prophet who is without honor in his own country, some of us mothers know the feeling.
