    how do I know I use the right ALA?  mine is from Bluebonnet and it says under the ALA (thioctic acid)

    Eva dear, I dont know about the bluebonnet ALA that you are using. You can check Nancy's post as Maz suggested. I only remembered the Metabolic Maintenance since thats the one I told my cousin to order and he only used it for two months and got excellent results with it. Please do share some info if you happen to find out about bluebonnet ALA. We all love to hear about new products. Competition is good for all of us. Keeps the prices in check ;). Just wanted to share this info about NSI ALA for all our forum members so they don't order the products that will not benefit them.

    My mistake: It was actually me :blush: who posted here on this forum about ALA as posted by Nancy on LDN forum. Maybe Bluebonnet is thicotic acid but not the one used or suggested by Dr B. Always a pleasure to help out my dear friends at this forum.

    Thought I would let you all know you can now get ALA in Europe at http://www.alldayvitamins.comhttp://www.alldayvitamins.com a lot cheaper than anywhere else on the net
