Hi Judy–
Here is my thread when I first was put on it by Dr. M–

Here is some further information–

I recall responding to you on the other thread, but see it did not take. Sorry about that–
Take care,

Lyme/RA; AP 4/2008 off and on to 3/2010; past use of quinolones may be the cause of my current problems, (including wheelchair use); all supplements (which can aggravate the condition) were discontinued on 10/14/2012. Am now treating for the homozygous MTHFR 1298 mutation. Off of all pain meds since Spring '14 (was on them for years--doctor is amazed--me too). Back on pain med 1/2017. Reinfected? Frozen shoulder?

My little one only agreed to a few days of this! So no time to see any results. I actually liked the taste, and it did seem to help the undx'd knee pain I was having at the time. I kept trying to tell myself it was a coincidence, but when I skipped a day it came back. It took about a month before I could stop the raisins for good and my knee didn't hurt the next day. So if it bothers me again, I'll mix up another batch!

Interesting that they used apple cider vinegar, which is good for so many things. The honey is also a natural antibiotic. May consider trying this recipe some time.
BTW, my husband said that all the alcohol gets evaporated. There is absolutely no gin taste whatsoever.
