what is msm tablets and the lemon drink?

Hi Everyone,

I'm a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to computers and searching for items, but having read a lot on this site, many people refer to the lemon  drink and msm powder/tablets?  What is the recipe for the lemon drink and what is it's aim and likewise the msm – what is it and what does it do.  Look forward to any feedback.

I am attaching the recipe for the whole lemon and olive oil drink (liver de-toxifier). The info states how it works and why it works as well as the recipe. I havent tried MSM – those that have will probably chime in with some links for you. Best, Lynnie
