    Anybody here use the Ayurvedic preparation Triphala? It was recommended to me by a trusted yoga teacher. It has many health benefits and is well-loved in India. I bought a bottle and will see. I'm interested in Ayurveda.

    i used it about a month or two, didn't seem to help me much. may give it another try later.
