    Hi Sydnie,

    If you feel that your symptoms are not severe enough to warrant the use of a corticosteroid, such as prednisone, then you may want to consider asking your doctor to prescribe for you an NSAID such as nabumetone (Relafen) or meloxicam (Mobic).

    Hi Phil

    Thanks for that info.  To be honest steriods are now not an option.  I gave my AP doctor the wrong impression of how things were going and he was concerned for me and suggested I see my own doctor and that my own doc may consider steriods if required.  This now is not the case as the original advice of upping the mino is working well.
