    Carrie, my dose was originally set at 100mg before breakfast and 100mg in the evening, MWF. I couldn’t tolerate the med on an empty stomach, so started taking 100mg an hour or two before bed every night. It seems to be working for me. Needless to say, you should augment with a probiotic taken well outside the time frame of the Doxy so it (the probiotic) has a chance to be effective.

    I tried to upload a pic of the med, but couldn’t get it to happen.
