Well I haven't had very good luck here this time. Started getting shaky and feeling funny yesterday afternoon. Went to get my third treatment and all of a sudden I just started tingling all over. My temp went up to 101 and I was so scared. They shut off the iv and sent me home to rest. I woke up this am and felt like all my muscles were try to give me charlie horses in them. Head felt weird. Went to the hospital and was seen by the ER doc. They drew my potassium and it was only 2.7//////////// No wonder I felt so weird. I ended up getting a 500cc bag of fluids with pottasium in it. They also mixed my antibitoic in it to and I was able to handle thatok. It was very scary! Now I have to take pottasium twice daily for the next month. I swear nothing seems easy for me these days. I can walk better this afternoon but still do not feel real up to par.
