I had another round of blood work done last month. This time my sedimentation rate has gone up to 17. Even though it's still within the normal range, it seems like it is going up. Since 2006, it went from 7 to 11 to 14 to 12 and recently to 17. Do I need to be concerned about it?
Maz can explain this better ( I love reading her explanations cause she is so good at it) but I do know that sed rates can go up and down all the time. Even your menstrual cycle or a sinus infection can make it go up. Its a very weird thing as even when I've been in the most pain with my RA..my sed rate may be at its lowest…argh!
