    Hi all

    I am about six weeks into AP and skin thickening seems to still progressing. Anyone with any thoughts on this. I am on 200mg mino per day and 20mg mtx per week.

    Hey Brendan,

    Early SD is like a run-away freight train, it is a very progressive disease and hard to stop the momentum.  You're on the right path. 

    Mine also progressed after starting AP.  It took about 4 months to start improving so try to ride this out.

    Hi Brenden-
    what really helped me as far as skin were the iv antibiotics. it has made a huge difference in softening my skin and regaining its normalcy. just a thought.
