Hi Kellene – Curcumin is used in a arsenal others would be NAC do some searches if u can. I currently don’t know of any of the toxic drugs as being effective with fibrosis like methotrexate.
You may want to take a look at the Earthing sheet topic I posted too some are experiencing good relief with this in conjunction to a anti-inflammatory diet & pancreatic enzymes.
