    Hi Everyone Happy Friday,

    I am waiting for my very first ap appt in August and in the mean time have been doing everything I can to supplement my life with the right foods and herbs. I am wondering about NAC does anyone here take it?  I am just starting it and would like to know if anyone has found any benefit to it at all? If so what did it do for you?

    I do. 2400mg a day. I had to ramp up slow . It causes a herx if you have chlamydia pneumonia. It acts as penicilin in your body. Have a look at cpnhelp.org . It has very good info on nac.
