I'm looking for a new multi. I'm currently on a bunch of different adrenal support vitamins, but have not been taking a multi. Think I'm low on iron (need to get tested) but figured it couldn't hurt to take some in a multi.

I realize iron doesn't absorb too well – and I obviously need to be tested first before I take any “true” iron supplementation. I hear iron supplements aren't tolerated too well, either.

So, any brands you can recommend? I'm thinking metagenics looks to be the best bet. I trust that brand.

    Thanks!

    Hi Orchid–

My husband takes the brand from this company:

    http://www.enzymatictherapy.com/Home.aspx

I don't take a multi, but am thinking it's probably a good idea.

The company is located in Green Bay, WI–gotta be good :roll-laugh:!!

    Good luck,

    Trudi

Lyme/RA; AP 4/2008 off and on to 3/2010; past use of quinolones may be the cause of my current problems, (including wheelchair use); all supplements (which can aggravate the condition) were discontinued on 10/14/2012. Am now treating for the homozygous MTHFR 1298 mutation. Off of all pain meds since Spring '14 (was on them for years--doctor is amazed--me too). Back on pain med 1/2017. Reinfected? Frozen shoulder?

    Trudi,

    I'll check that brand out.

    Thanks,

    Orchid

PS – My husband and I are packer fans and visit “the door” every chance we get! In fact our friends invited us up this weekend but we couldn't make it. 🙁
