Another good thing to use is L-glutamine. I really like this product. This is one good product to buy for your inflammation problems. It has made me a normal person again.

AP,
Thanks a lot. I just ordered the MSM powder. I will give it try.

Even though there is small difference I noticed, but I still have to depend on Aleve to get around. I understand it takes time to improve and get the inflammation down.
I have been taking L-g now for over a week. Should I also get MSM, too?http://www.vitacost.com/Source-Naturals-MSM-Powder-35-oz
Thanks! JB

Sometimes, I take a combination of MSM, L-glutamine and glucosamine chondrotin for those rough days when RA suddenly strikes me with all its evil force. :crying: I am getting much better though with all the suggestions posted on this forum. (L-glutamine, MSM, Glucosamine-Chondrotin, Baking soda, Mushroom complex, NAC, Alpha Lipoic Acid) and of course LDN and AP.

Thanks, AP!!!
I will check and research on MSM. My inflammation is still very high. Now I am taking one Aleve each day, some day when I need to work longer hours, I take two.
Here is my reasoning…. I compared the side effects between Aleve and Plaquenil, I think Aleve is a little “safer” than plaq.
