I'm about to start a mino prescription for 100mg, 2 times per day.  I'm also about to start another antibiotic.  Additionally, like many here, I take a host of supplements.  Therefore, I'm attempting to create my medication schedule before starting these meds.  When previously on mino, I only took 50mg once daily, so needing any sort of schedule was a non-issue.

I would like to take one of my two mino doses early in the morning (since it suggests taking it on an empty stomach) and then go back to sleep for a few hours.  The medication literature states not to lie down 10 minutes after taking the medication.  I thought I have seen other members of the board mention no to lie down within one hour of taking the medication.  The thing is that I don't sleep in a bed.  I sleep in a chair (non-reclining) with an ottoman.  I don't see this as a problem since I'm upright.  Does anyone have any thoughts to the contrary?  Thank you.
