Mexican Pharmacias for minocycline

has anyone had this experience in either Tecate or Tijuana,
with advice to share? The wait of several weeks to get in to see a Dr.
using AP is the motivation .

A passport or ID card now required with 4-5 week processing timeframe.
Last week, a friend in Del Mar shared that officials on both sides of border
dvised tourists to stay out of Tijuana due to violence to tourists & military tationed there to quell unrest . Tecate may be better & I can check updates with the state department.
