Mexican Pharmacias for minocycline

Before an inconvenient & expensive drive to the Tijuana or Tecate border,
I need to know:

1. Is there a max months of Minocin a Mexican Farmacia will sell without a
prescription? ( My doctors will not write a refill after July. )

2. Would border officials question or seize several months supply? Ideally,
I would like to return with 6 months. My other alternative would be to
visit several Farmacias, assuming state department advises travel is now
safe for Tijuana or Tecate.
