About three years ago my GP rang me with an enthusiastic news about green lipped mussel as a remedy for RA and osteoarthritis. I didn’t try it that time, but after taking it for the last 10 days I can confirm that it really works. It is called here Lyprinol and is expensive. For 100 capsules AUD 45,- the company recommends taking two capsules twice a day for four weeks, then one a day. I’ve been taking one capsule a day only. I have a feeling that my pain is 50% less. I will try two capsules from today.
It was mentioned briefly on our forum in 2008.

RA tried everything: Methotraxate, Arava, Humira. Pneumonia three times. Anemia. Very low iron. Hypothyroidism
AP from April 2014 till August 2015. No luck.
Current medications: Natural thyroid, Mobic, supplements,
    vitamins and minerals.

    Hi Linda,

Thanks for your report. I learned about Lyprinol a long time ago (more than 20 years ago), but never tried it because of the cost. I was also wasn’t feeling too bad at the time, so that was probably also a factor.
