I've been using Minocycline antibiotic since June 2008 and LDN since Feb 2009. I have not missed one night of LDN since I started it. The LDN has allowed me to reduce my Minocycline from 100mg twice daily to 100mg M,W,F and stop my Diclofenac. I'm treating Psoriatic Arthritis and am functionally pain free.
