IV usage while flaring? Please respond

This is a question to the experienced AP-ers out here.
Did any of you guys do a IV cycle while you were flaring? If so did it help with your flare ( as in work faster than the oral Mino therapy)?

Ok here is another way out there question…….

Any of you had improvement of joint structure provable x-ray after taking AP ( either oral or IV) ?

Did of you guys ever get Antibiotics injected into a specific joint?

Tintap-  I've done IV clindy twice and both times I was flaring.  The first time it completely wiped out the flare and I went almost asymptomatic.  The second time it did absolutely nothing and I almost felt worse for a few weeks.
