    I did some looking at historical postings about turmeric, but wanted to get some current feedback.  Do any of you take turmeric for inflammation support along with your antibiotic protocols?  Do you find it helpful?  My doc mentioned it to me this afternoon that I should consider taking it.  I did use it once as directed a few years ago, but was unsure if it really did anything helpful for me.  If you do take it, do you take the directed dose or a custom dose as instructed by your doctor?  Please advise.  Thank you.

    My husband took it for a while.  I don't think we noticed huge improvements with it.
