My mum-in-law's scleroderma is in remission. That is the official verdict of her specialist. We had witnessed a spectacular recovery and then got unofficial OK's from some hospital tests, but now comes the full test record picture.

3 months ago Andree-Rose was bed-ridden, unable to eat, sleep or simply move, without pain. Today she is just about pain-free and very mobile.

What she achieved was remarkable in the sense that she did not change medication during this time, medication that her own doctors admitted could only pain kill. As far as can be seen, her recovery can be largely, if not all, attributed to the strength and application of her mind to her situation. If this were not so we would have to believe that the 'programme' she went through (see Personal Threads, Scleroderma Healing; 7 Keys), just happened, by complete coincidence, to correspond to the exact dates when a 'miraculous' recovery was taking place.

This may be a contentious statement for some, fair enough, but for others it's an illustration that the mind is a healing power tool that can be used alongside any medical treatment, and it is available to all that choose to use it.

    Hi Marion

I'm so please for your mother in law. I've read about the 7 keys to healing on your message befor and I email you to ask for the details (where I could get the info from) but didn't hear from you. Can you tell me where I can find this out, and surely it must work for all deseases and not just scleraderma?

    Thanks

    Rosemary

    Hi Rosemary,

Thanks for the posting.  I did send the article by e- mail to the address you gave. It did not come back undelivered so I guess it must have gone into SPAM. I will try again using BOTH private messaging and e-mail. If not received imminently please let me know again.  Apologies.

Hope this has not happened to others. If it has please let me know and I will do the same (ie use two media).

PS. Yes, there would be no reason why the 7 Keys would not apply to other conditions.

Would it be possible for you to post the 7 keys?  I'm interested and can't seem to locate what you are talking about.  I have suffered with MCTD and SD for a long time. I've been in treatment for 16 years and I guess I'm missing something.

    Thanks,

    Diane/WI

    Hi Diane,

There is an introduction in the Personal Threads section of the Bulletin Board (as opposed to General Discussion section, which we are now on) called 'Scleroderma Healing: 7 Keys'.

However, no problem. I will send a private message with the article although the formatting using this method is not great and you may prefer to send me an e-mail address by which method 7 Keys is easier to read.
