Can someone tell me what exactly a herx feels like? I am starting my third week of APx and don’t think I have gotten any yet. I get some sudden small pains but am not sure. I think from what I’ve read that herxing is quite painful. Is it just regular pains or more severe? If I don’t get severe herxing pain does that mean it’s not working for me? Just wondering what to expect.
