Has anyone tried Epicor, a purported immune modulator?  There was an article in our local newspaper about this product that was discovered by accident when people in the factory had very low incidences of illness and people reported their autoimmune conditions improved?  The factory is based out of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and I believe an insurance adjuster who was noting the very low incidence of illness was the one that brought it to researchers attention and it has supposedly shown good results in a couple studies.

I started using Epicor in 2007, but don't use it now. My wife does use it daily. She works in the health care field and has not had a serious cold since she has been using it, when people around have been sick. No proof that it has an impact on autoimmune diseases.
