    Hey Linda Lou,

My sauna is a Saunex (http://www.saunex.com) and was pricey.  There are more reasonable models available, but this one met my specs and I plan to use if for many years.

The enzymes I like are Neprinol and can be found online.  My last order was through vitacost.com, but it's available elsewhere too.

The combination of sauna and enzymes have proven to be a real winner for improving circulation and thinning blood, at least for me.

You can use the “Search” function on the board and read previous threads on both of these topics.  People have bought and discussed many brands and styles of saunas.

    Take care……kim

One site I visited while checking out infared saunas said that Dr. Oz was going to talk about them on Janurary 6th. I can't remember the site- sorry. But I am going to tune in just in case.
