I was diagnosed with RA not to long ago. I can’t tolerate NSAIDs so I ask my dr about LDN. She had never heard of it. Is this normal. She is a rheumatologist so I was confident she would know all about it.

    Yes, unfortunately.

She can prescribe it for you if she is open to it- perhaps you can bring her some information about it? I’ve been on it for just about 2 months (started at 1.5mg and am at 3mg currently) and have noticed a significant reduction in my pain/inflammation- I have much better energy too and the ‘brain fog’ seems to be clearing- Lots of good information here http://www.lowdosenaltrexone.org

RA/Lyme: 100mg Minocin (brand) MWF, 3mg LDN, 10mg CBD- BID
