It has been a very long 7 months on the AP therapy but so worth it!!

What started out as a discoloration on my upper arms and then slowly spread to my stomach and thighs 2 1/2 years ago  is improving!!

I went through almost a year and a half of seeing specialists and not getting the right diagnosis.  My rheumatologist kept waiting for my symptoms to get worse before he would treat me with steroids and chemotherapy drugs…which I thought at the time was my only option. Until I found the Road Back website and the AP therapy. I can say that I was leary at first but after talking with Dr S. on the phone and setting up my initial appt. I was feeling more confident and ready to start winning my life back!  It was hard at first and felt many days that I was worse than when I started, but looking back I think those were days/weeks of herxing.

I did have to switch my antibiotic a little over a month ago, and from there everything seems to be clicking into place. I still have days of fatigue but usually subsides mid day, nothing like what it use to be. I know I have a long way to remission but right now I am feeling so much better!!

I hope and pray that all of you will have the same positive results!
