I had my (infected) root canaled tooth pulled today. The oral surgeon said “There was a big infection–I cleaned out a lot of stuff.” I am so curious about the extent to which this infection had been affecting my overall health. I wonder too, about its connection to my RA diagnosis. Time will tell. I feel so happy and hopeful to have this source of infection out of my body! The minocycline has helped me greatly in spite of this; now it will have an even better opportunity to heal me.
Never thought I'd be so happy to have a tooth pulled! Oh, and it came out in one piece (unusual for crowned root canals) so I got the lowest price. The procedure didn't hurt at all and I'm quite comfortable now.
