    By chance, is there a publisher that already publishes the Physician Packet so I  do not have to use all my ink and paper on my copier? I'd be more than happy to order this packet instead.

    Cindy, just checked with Cheryl….unfortunately, there is no published material on the Physician Packet. However, if you wish to save paper/ink, then an alternative may be to drop into your local kinkos or library and print it off that way. Might be just as pricey, though.
