Just signed up with this really great web site that I saw on Dr. OZ. It is consumerlab.com You have to pay to join, but for me it was well worth it. They analyze supplements, drugs, probiotics etc; by brand to see if it is reallly what it says it is. Some of you may already know about but it is new to me and I'm really excited about it. Lynn
I read some of their reviews on probiotics last nite and I loved. It is extremely thorough and scientific. They also offer to put a CL label on products they approve. I've personally always been very OCD about if a supplement or drug is actually what it claims to be. Plus I'm always wanting to try new things but am over whelmed by the choices.
