Bullseye Bite

I have gotten some type of bite on my foot that has developed into a classic bullseye about the size of a dime.  It could have been a tick bite as I walk the dogs every morning and we walk through a couple of patches of ankle-high grass………  Of course I am concerned about the wait and a see process so any thoughts on a course of action would be appreciated!
