bowel problems

hey gang, can anyone tell me if they have problems with bowels and bowel movement?  i had terrible time, started out to be good morning, had bowel movement when push to go hurts upper stomach like sphlintcher is involved or broken or something.  only went half way, then got to work and had rest of it and felt like blockage or something. don't know what's going on, had the barium swallow Friday.  should know something today.  this disease has got a mind of it's own.
