If you read what I said on my last post is that I was not sure of the role VitaminD-3 plays in so called auto immune disease. I assume you are not claiming that any of your links have shown that it is harmful? I am contesting the Autier study, the claim that D-3 is useless in general, and the claim that the supplement industry has more influence in the propaganda war than do the pharmaceutical companies. If you looked at the comment section in the critique of Autier you would find that there is evidence that Autier was at least partially funded by the large pharmaceutical companies

    Hi Woods;
Read the http://www.chronicillnessrecovery.org site for info on D My doctor told me just to be careful and try to avoid the sun as much as possible but not to exagerate and be covered from head to toe or live in a cave. After years of low D and super high D1,25 my numbers are just about normal as I don’t go out in the sun when it is high, wear a hat and usually wear jeans and a long sleeved shirt so as not to burn my already damaged skin.

    Hi Linda,
I was about to sign off my PC for several days…. when a msg came from RBFBB with your question above. I clicked General Discussion at top of page, and this took me to the first page of General Discussion, with Post Topics and a little search window. I typed Magnesium Chloride into the search window, so a number of posts would be brought up — I’m sure there are many of them.

When I went to my now primary care physician the first time, he suggested I get a copy of Dr. Sherry Rogers’ book, “Detoxify or Die.” It was in that book that I read about what Dr. Rogers believes is the best kind of Magnesium. I have to agree that it has been great. Even the most outstanding researcher Dr. Mildred Seelig on magnesium has excellent things to say about it. I order three at a time (MagChlor liquid in dropper bottles) from Pain & Stress Center in San Antonio. Do a search for link to order. I get a price break by ordering three, it lasts a long time, and I save postage by not ordering them one at a time.

This is about doing the search on RBFBB for the posts when I typed in the words: magnesium chloride.
The results said: Searched query: +magnesium +chloride
Search found 52 matches: magnesium chloride

Just repeat using the search words given above, and the links will show up again.

    Happy reading,
    AF

Has anyone tried Threelac? It is very expensive. I was given it with antibiotics some years ago in Europe when I had pneumonia after a long flight.

    Hello again Linda,
I was on my PC and searching for an e-mailed document, and accidentally found an even better reply to the above question you asked — about which magnesium is good. My first answer to you would still be my choice, but some of the reasoning given below I believe will be helpful to you and others:

Subject: Osteoporosis….List of Articles on ArthritisTrust.org
[The link to find the list of Documents on Arthritis Trust is:
http://www.arthritistrust.org — on a list of what is on the site, click on Important Articles is the links below do not open.

There are several articles listed with Osteoporosis in the titles in the list of articles above:

    Hi Everyone,
What brand of probiotic are you taking?
    Hi Richie,
I’m interested to know how often do you take probiotic per day. As you say you are talking Mino 2 x day, do you take probiotic a few hours after each Mino, or you just take only one dose per day? What brand of probiotic are you taking? I’d like to take a probiotic that it doesn’t need to be refrigerated.
    Thank you for your answer.
