AP Doctor in Philly Area

I am looking for an AP doctor in the Philadelphia, PA area. I was given Dr. B's name (does anyone know anything about him), but he does not take my insurance. Any other recommendations? I suppose if someone is really good I would be willing to pay out-of-pocket.
