    Can someone PM me the list of doctors in FL – particularly NE Florida. My family is considering moving down there at some point in the next 1-2 years. YAY! I know there is a Mayo Clinic down there (they list AP treatment on their website) but not sure how familiar or “willing” those docs are with the protocol.
