Nothing in my life has been as difficult as this, and there were days when I didn’t know how I would be able to handle it another minute. I haven’t felt that terror in a long time, but I will never forget how it feels.
Yes, feeling so helpless sometimes. So much energy I put to make her feel better but I must also save my energy for the other two daughters which are also small and helpless and they need me to (4 years old and soon 1 year old daughter) . I feel guilty because I am so occupied with Ema`s condition and that Mia and Lea are in “the background”. I am also going to work on Monday after maternity leave and it is an additional stress.
I know in my heart that Ema will be fine and one day in remission. I pray to God that day comes soon.
