    Hi Everybody:

    I have been taking Minocin for the last 15 years and doing good.
    I did not have any problems getting the brand name Minocin.
    My insurance is changed now to United health care Choice and refusing to give the brand name Minocin.
    What is the best information I can put before their argument to get the brand name.

    Hi The best arguement you can bring up is that you have successfully treated your MCTD for 15 years with branded minocin –why the reason for the change —you can request an appeal and I think your doctor will get forms to fill out —

    Hi Richie this insurance is new they always want the doctor to call them which my primary is not ready for.
    He always likes to fill out forms and send but this insurance is the worst I have seen.
    Well will give it a try and thank you for your input.
