Chrysalis – In this software, PM’s sit in your outbox until recipient opens them. Lynnie

Yeato – make sure you have checked the box in your user control panel (access from above left) to allow others to send you private messages – click on private messages.
Chrysalis – did you get a cant send message or is PM in your outbox?

I just used reply then send. thanks chrysalis

Box to allow PM’s is (and was) checked?? ❓March 11, 2011 at 8:43 am #355959chrysalisParticipantHi yeato looks like I failed PM ing. Sorry I cannot help with AP doctors, I posted to see if anybody was using one in WA but no replies. At present I am dealing with a Nutritional specialist from Perth by phone who has been happy to give me a script for Minocycline after he read the info from this site, have recently sent him notes on LDN to review, he also checks my blood tests and it looks good for me with the AP. This site is great for information and the best thing someone told me is not to panic, it starts to look too hard when you are stressed out. Regards chrysalis
March 11, 2011 at 8:57 am #355960yeatoParticipantthanks chryalis- do you mind mentioning who the nutritional specialist is? It would be great for me to not have to train up a GP from scratch.
Thanks again
March 11, 2011 at 9:08 am #355961chrysalisParticipantWe are asked not to mention doctors names on this site. If lynnie or someone could advise how to do the PM (is it ok to give doctors names in PM?) Chrysalis

Chrysalis, it’s fine to mention docs names in a PM.
Now let’s try and work out what is going wrong for you.
What is happening when you try to P.M. Do you click on compose message? then write to (User name) then click “add”.
You also need to write something in the subject line.
When you’ve finished do you click on submit? What happens when you do that – what message etc do you get? If you can try and explain these things to me, I will have a better idea of what might be going wrong for you. LynnieBe well! Lynnie
