I tolf Dr S that I have a fervent hope and prayer that in 12 months from Oct 2010 that i will be able to walk in his office and do so.SD Diag Aug 2010.

February 27, 2011 at 10:39 pm #355613kerry23ParticipantCongrats Mino!
I have SD too, diagnosed in June of 2010, then found out I have Lyme and Bartonella. Started treatment with Mino in Sept.
I don’t have SD in the skin, so I don’t know if I am better, but in other ways like trouble swallowing and GI problems have eased. I firmly believe the Lyme disease created my autoimmune diseases. My question to you is: What is Harvard Protocol?

KerryHI Kerry:
100MG of MInocyline twice a day is the Harvard Protocol, which looks like you are on.

I keep learning so many new things from everyone here.
Including you! Thanks, MinocinMan, for sharing what you’ve learned.
We made a trip to Ida Grove in Nov 2010, that made a big difference for my wife.
It will be time for the 6-month followup soon.
