    Hi–I have seen many faces closeup with scleroderma –the picture shown in Dermnet is definitely absolutely not the face of a person with scleroderma –if you ever saw a person with advanced scleroderma and facial involvement you would not forget it –the entire face becomes taut with the skin being shiny and almost no lips showing at all –the picture shown is bogus –!!

    I agree with Ritchie.When my SD was bad it looked like I was wearing a plastic mask.Now that my skin has relaxed I have to admit that I look more like that but it is more from old age than the SD. hehehehe
