    Hi Camm,

Do you think your doc would like to be added to Road Back's AP doc list for Maryland?

    Peace, Maz

Maz- I'll ask him when I see him (2 weeks).

Question- do you need to drink the lemon/olive oil concoction only at night, or can you do it anytime?

Thanks, Camm! Please just send one of the volunteers a private message with his contact info, if so. 😀

I take mine at night, about an hour after my mino and an hour before bed. The reason I settled on this time was because the liver does much of its dumping at night and so its liver/gall bladder cleansing effects are best utilized at that time. However, this drink can be taken at any time during the day. It's very healthy and pretty innocuous unless one is allergic to citrus. My memory is vague on this, but it might have been A Friend who mentioned that she uses it at mealtimes to help with digestion. Enjoy!

     Peace, Maz

Camm……very weird, mine pain is more in the back along bra line, and I can pinpoint as well to the area, I always thought it might have something to do with my bronchiectasis as I have had lung problems for so long.

My daughter has just been dx with Fibromyalgia (no rib pain) and was told there was nothing she can do about it but destress, It will be interesting to see how you go with the AP treatment……..Hoping good health comes to you soon……Annie

    Annie,

About your daughter just dx'd with Fibromyalgia (FM), apparently she did not see a physician knowledgeable of AP, because FM is among the illnesses that are treated with AP and usually respond well to it.

My current AP physician is very respected, and has treated using AP for quite a number of years now.  This is her web site:  http://www.DrRima.com.  To read her story about beginning treating using AP, go to http://www.rheumatic.org and click on the link to Information for You and Your Doctor.  She, too, has (or had) Fibromyalgia.  (There are at least several of us on this board who go to her, so they might have comments for you.)

In addition to the usual AP type treatments for this dx, some knowledgeable physicians/scientists suggest that FM is an “acid disease.”

    Hi Camm & AF…………..

Thanks for the info on Fibro, I definately won't except what the doc says, he knows nothing about AP.

I have made a note of the meds and bookmarked all the web sites for my daughter for future reference, She still just fobs me off when I start to lecture her about her diet contributing to her ill health……..but I will keep reminding her and especially when she complains of sore joints, which is getting more often (why do our kids listen to complete strangers instead of taking their mothers advice, who only has their best interests at heart)

    AF………

I have to agree with FM being a “acid disease” as her diet consists of junk only, I don't know where it all goes as she is slim……….. I see you have given me a lot of reading, thankyou,  it will give me a better insight to FM and a better argument with her.

Diagnosed with RA in 2004, after trying many conventional meds I changed to mino.
