Plaquenil and brain fog

My daughter was on Plaquenil for about a week and then got terrible weakness and brain fog. She’s gone off of it and the weakness is lifting but she still has the brain fog.

Anyone have any relevant information or experience? She’s been in Lyme treatment for years. She’s was also on Tindamax, Biaxin and Augmentin but the doctor has stopped them all for a few days.
