    The Pennsylvania state legislature has just passed a bill to require insurers to pay for Lyme treatment, whether for just a short course of therapy or long term.

    That’s great news! Paying for Lyme treatment can be very expensive and is one more burden when you are ill.

    As long as you can get a doctor to say that this is what it is….this is a huge step in the right direction. I am going to assume that there will be plenty of kickbacks for not diagnosing just too many patients. I hope I am wrong. This is a great start.

    Very true, Spiffy! At the very least it will protect LLMDs and maybe more of them will start to accept insurance?
