We have big problems here in the West, with teachers leaving the Govt system in droves  because of the pay.  This now have been improved but it is the conditions the teachers have to put up with, housing & carriculum, ammendities etc where there seems to be problems.    I did hear of a family selling up in Britain to come out here who were going back.  They were not at all happy that is why I suggested maybe other states might be better.   Things always seem greener on the other side of the fence until you get there. Might be a good idea to make some enquiries before you come from a reliable source.
