Do you mean you want to post a testimonial of remission or to start a Personal Progress thread? If you want to generate responses and chat with others, this forum (General Discussion) is the place to do it.
If you just want to create a personal diary of your journey on AP (not yet in remission), then the “Personal History and Progress Threads” area of the forum is the place to do that. At the top of that area of the forum, click on “New Topic” at the top-left above those personal threads, write your post with a subject header related to you and then click “submit.” Only the originator of the thread can post on that section of the forum, here:
If you want to send a testimonial (story of how you got to remission on AP) to have published on the main site, you can send it to testimonial@roadback.org
