I am just wondering what multivitamin to take. I currently take Caltrate due to osteopenia. My primary doc suggested Centrum brand for a multivitamin. My issue right now is my stomach so I have to find one that is easy on the stomach. Thanks for any suggestions.

Hi Shari,
I take a multivitamin from http://www.BeyondHealth.com – they are expensive, but well worth it. If you only take one supplement, it’s a good one.
