    Hi All,
I just got my raw results from 23&me. Trying to figure out how to search raw data for the mthfr genes. I searched snps for c677 & got nothing. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check Dr. Ben’s site, Milesia?

Yes, I couldn’t find it there. Here’s what I found on SNPedia:

There are 3 common SNPs giving rise to MTHFR alleles:

    rs1801133, also known as C677T or A222V
    rs1801131, also known as A1298C or E429A
    rs2274976, also known as G1793A or R594Q

I did a search on the “mthfr genes” and came up with a lot of information; I also made the search specific to the 677 gene, same thing.

    Good luck,

Lyme/RA; AP 4/2008 off and on to 3/2010; past use of quinolones may be the cause of my current problems, (including wheelchair use); all supplements (which can aggravate the condition) were discontinued on 10/14/2012. Am now treating for the homozygous MTHFR 1298 mutation. Off of all pain meds since Spring '14 (was on them for years--doctor is amazed--me too). Back on pain med 1/2017. Reinfected? Frozen shoulder?
