I really treasure having people to talk to and share info and supportI think one of the hardest things i am going through at the moment is the not being able to tell if i am herxing or not?
or just painful symptoms…I am also PMS which doesnt help at all (makes everything feel so overwhelming),
it also has always made my symptoms worse (do others feel like this?)Debbie
