I am looking to “detox” and I know that there can be a million ways of doing this – I am interested in a nutritional (based on food and supplements) detox that works with an antibiotic program.

Also, what does BID mean? (I thought it was bi-daily).

It’s used on prescriptions mostly and means twice daily (from the Latin ‘bis in die’). Lynnie
